BOY - Little Numbers (2011)

BOY = the most underrated duo ever!

If this world would be fair, "Skin", "Drive darling", "Little Numbers" ... or any other song from "Mutual Friends" album, would have 349.000.000 views on Youtube, not "Ai se eu te pego". Or at least a football player who has better musical tastes than Neymar (and famous enough), to promote talented artists :).

I'm not saying Michel Telo is bad, i have a problem with the message behind that song. Can't imagine a whole planet being excited after hearing the story of a guy who can't keep his little smurf on his pants :).

Sees a nice girl @party, gets horny and makes some unspecific comments about what he would do to her... "IF i catch you"..."IF"! How hard can be that? What, is she a runner or what?... :) Somebody please give that man a fishing rod, more money (a little misogyny) or a gun ! We have to catch that senorita, pronto! It's been a year since he started to "hunt" her, have mercy!:)

Romanian language. Me gusta!

Saturday night was a bad one for the romanians.Mandinga got a 12th place on Baku (ESC) and Lucian Bute was defeated by Carl Froch, who became world champion in the super middleweight category.

However, there were some reasons of joy that night :). Especially for those who had tickets on Pink Martini concert :). That would include me! Haha...
It was wonderful! Perfect! The show left me speechless. And Storm Large was amazing!
One big surprise was Maria Tanase's song - Pana cand nu te iubeam. Made the crowd go crazy :D.
Storm Large gave us even a bigger gift, telling us how is to perform in 14 different languages and placing romanian by most beautiful ones.

Alexander Rybak - "OAH" (2010)

Sweden is the winner of this year's Eurovision Song Contest. "Euphoria" got the most votes last night, leaving far behind the second place, occupied by 6 lovely old ladies from Russia. Serbia managed a very respectable third place, while the host country, Azerbaijan, missed the stage with 64 points less.
Case closed! Next battle: Stockholm 2013.

Meanwhile, i suggest you listen a song written by ESC's 2009 winner, Alexander Rybak - "Oah". It makes me smile everytime I listen to it, and has a great video 2!

There are less than 20 hours until Pink Martini Concert (Bucharest)! And I have a ticket :D. I wouldn't miss it for the world!!! Actually, i did made some important sacrifices... Missed out a 3 day trip with my best friends, 3 anniversaries, and the list can continue with Lucian Bute's match against Carl Froch and Eurovision's Grand Final...
But NOTHING compares to good music! :)
