BOY - Skin (acoustic version -2011)

"You can feel like a part of something if you're part of the scene

You can make your life look pretty add a little ice and gin,

Wash off the make-up and prepare the aspirin

Well you can get out this party dress but you can't get out of this skin"

Lovely! :) Yes... "Mutual Friends" album. And yes, i will post BOY all week! :)))

BOY - Little Numbers (2011)

BOY = the most underrated duo ever!

If this world would be fair, "Skin", "Drive darling", "Little Numbers" ... or any other song from "Mutual Friends" album, would have 349.000.000 views on Youtube, not "Ai se eu te pego". Or at least a football player who has better musical tastes than Neymar (and famous enough), to promote talented artists :).

I'm not saying Michel Telo is bad, i have a problem with the message behind that song. Can't imagine a whole planet being excited after hearing the story of a guy who can't keep his little smurf on his pants :).

Sees a nice girl @party, gets horny and makes some unspecific comments about what he would do to her... "IF i catch you"..."IF"! How hard can be that? What, is she a runner or what?... :) Somebody please give that man a fishing rod, more money (a little misogyny) or a gun ! We have to catch that senorita, pronto! It's been a year since he started to "hunt" her, have mercy!:)

Ok, enough about Telo! Let's talk about BOY. I like their biography intro from Facebook: "BOY - a contagious confection that has spread across the internet like wildfire. The Hamburg-based duo gets your toes tapping, mind playing, feet moving, emotions travelling, head thinking, hips jerking. But above all, they make music that brings a smile to your face."
Listen to their first album, "Mutual Friends"! They're awesome!

Alexander Rybak - "OAH" (2010)

Sweden is the winner of this year's Eurovision Song Contest. "Euphoria" got the most votes last night, leaving far behind the second place, occupied by 6 lovely old ladies from Russia. Serbia managed a very respectable third place, while the host country, Azerbaijan, missed the stage with 64 points less.
Case closed! Next battle: Stockholm 2013.

Meanwhile, i suggest you listen a song written by ESC's 2009 winner, Alexander Rybak - "Oah". It makes me smile everytime I listen to it, and has a great video 2!
Enjoy!

J. Lauren - Take my heart (please - 2010)

J. Lauren is a fairy! :) You can't find anything about her existence, but she will conquer you instantly with her voice!

"Take my heart (please)" has only 18095 views on Youtube... that's kind of sad for such a nice song. Searching on Google, i found another two awesome songs by J. Lauren - "Twenty5" and "What I've Been Meaning To Say". If you're curious about them, take a look here! And, if you like something, please...BUY IT! :) This is the best way to appreciate and encourage a new talent.

Ps: lyrics (for "Take my heart") in description, on youtube.
